Forever 89 AB, doing business as Forever 89, is responsible for the personal data it processes to operate this website, answer support requests and manage its newsletter. Contact contact@forever89.studio with questions or requests about your data.
Visiting the website and downloading software
Hostinger hosts this website and its installer downloads. Delivering pages and files involves technical information such as your IP address, browser, requested address and request time. Hosting and security logs help us investigate errors, prevent abuse and keep the website available. We use this information for our legitimate interests in operating and protecting the service.
We do not add Google Analytics or advertising pixels to this website. There is no public visitor account system. The third-party players and checkout described below operate under their own privacy policies.
Contact and support
When you use the contact form or email us, we receive your name, email address, message and any product, version or system details you provide. We use these to answer you, troubleshoot problems and handle necessary follow-up. Product support may be necessary to perform our contract with you; general enquiries are handled in our legitimate interests in responding to people who contact us.
The contact form uses a session and security checks to prevent forged requests and spam. Required fields are needed to send and answer the request. Do not include passwords or complete payment-card details.
YouTube and SoundCloud players
Our product pages display embedded YouTube and SoundCloud players. Loading a player connects your browser to that provider, which receives technical information such as your IP address, browser details and the requested media. Playback and other interactions may provide further usage information. The providers may use cookies or browser storage.
YouTube uses the privacy-enhanced youtube-nocookie.com domain. This does not make playback anonymous or prevent all information from being sent to Google. See Google’s privacy policy and SoundCloud’s privacy policy for their purposes, storage and privacy controls.
You can manage cookies and site permissions in your browser. Blocking third-party content or storage may prevent a player from working. These players are optional; they are not needed to download our software or contact support.
Purchases through FastSpring
FastSpring is the authorised reseller and merchant of record for purchases. Its checkout integration loads on the shop and purchasable product pages. FastSpring processes technical information for the checkout, and contact, billing, payment, tax and order information when you use it to purchase. It also performs payment-security and fraud checks.
We use the order and licence information made available to us to provide your product and support, handle purchase enquiries and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. We do not receive your complete payment-card details. FastSpring is responsible for its own processing as reseller and payment provider. Newsletter
Signing up sends your email address and signup information to Mailchimp, which manages the Forever 89 mailing list. We use your consent to send product news and updates. Signing up is optional and is separate from buying a product or contacting support.
You can withdraw your consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in a newsletter or by contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect processing that took place before you withdrew consent. We may retain a limited record of your subscription and opt-out so that we can respect your choice and address consent-related enquiries.

Storage and international transfers
We keep support correspondence while needed to resolve the request and provide relevant follow-up, or to handle an outstanding dispute or legal obligation. Mailing-list information is used while you remain subscribed; opt-out and consent records may be retained for the purposes explained above. Purchase records are retained for the applicable accounting, tax and legal requirements. Technical records are retained according to their operational and security purpose and the hosting service’s retention settings.
Retention depends on the type of information, an ongoing support or contractual relationship, and any applicable legal requirement. You can contact us for information about a particular record or to request deletion. Providers may retain information separately where they have their own legal obligations.
Our providers may process data outside Sweden and the European Economic Area, including in the United States. The transfer arrangements depend on the provider and service. Mailchimp describes its use of the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and contractual safeguards in its European data transfer information. Your rights
Subject to the conditions in data-protection law, you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, restrict its use, receive portable data, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can withdraw newsletter consent at any time. We may need to verify your identity before responding to a request.
Write to contact@forever89.studio. You may also complain to the Swedish data-protection authority, Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY), or the relevant authority where you live or work.
Website terms
Forever 89 owns or licenses the website’s content, design and trademarks. Use of our software is governed by the applicable software licence. Purchases are also subject to the terms shown by FastSpring at checkout. External websites and services have their own terms. Nothing in these notices limits mandatory consumer rights.
We update this page when our website or practices change. The revised date identifies the current version.
